I believe learning should spark curiosity, encourage creativity, and give students opportunities to solve meaningful, real-world problems.<\/p><p>My experiences as a science teacher, academic coach, and administrator in Florida, New York, and Colorado have shaped my belief that students learn best when they are actively engaged\u2014collaborating, designing, testing ideas, and learning from both successes and mistakes. Across every role and setting, purposeful, hands-on learning has always made the greatest impact.<\/p><p>At Sebastian, STEAM is about more than individual subjects.
