PBIS stands for Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports, and the goal is to encourage and reinforce positive choices, responsibility, and respect.<\/p><p>Students earn points when they go above and beyond and SOAR (<span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Show Respect, <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Own Your Actions, <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Accept Differences, <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Realize Potential) and demonstrate the\u00a0<\/span>Character Counts Pillars (<span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Trustworthiness, <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Respect, <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Responsibility, <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Fairness, <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Caring, <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Citizenship)<\/span><\/p><p>Students can then purchase awesome prizes\/rewards on the digital demonstrating positive behaviors.<\/li><li>Points are tracked digitally through PBIS Rewards.<\/li><li>Students can browse available rewards and place orders using their points.<\/li><li>Rewards may include school-wide incentives, special privileges, or tangible items.<\/li><\/ul><p>This system helps students make positive choices while learning goal-setting and responsibility.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
