Parents and guardians play an important role in helping students perform their best. Please encourage your child to:
Get a good night’s sleep before testing days
Eat a healthy breakfast
Arrive at school on time
Maintain a positive attitude and do your best
Testing Day Expectations
To ensure a smooth testing environment:
Students should arrive on time.
Cell phones, smart watches, earbuds, and other electronic devices must be powered off and stored according to school procedures.
Students should bring any materials requested by their teachers.
Testing sessions must remain quiet and distraction-free for all students.
Attendance Matters
Please avoid scheduling appointments or early checkouts on testing days whenever possible. State assessments are carefully scheduled, and student attendance is critical to maintaining a secure testing environment.
Students who are absent during a scheduled assessment will be provided an opportunity to participate during a designated make-up testing window.
