WHAT IS PBIS REWARDS?
PBIS Rewards is our school’s positive behavior recognition system. PBIS stands for Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports, and the goal is to encourage and reinforce positive choices, responsibility, and respect.
Students earn points when they go above and beyond and SOAR (Show Respect, Own Your Actions, Accept Differences, Realize Potential) and demonstrate the Character Counts Pillars (Trustworthiness, Respect, Responsibility, Fairness, Caring, Citizenship)
Students can then purchase awesome prizes/rewards on the digital platform.
How Students Order Rewards
- Students earn PBIS points from staff for demonstrating positive behaviors.
- Points are tracked digitally through PBIS Rewards.
- Students can browse available rewards and place orders using their points.
- Rewards may include school-wide incentives, special privileges, or tangible items.
This system helps students make positive choices while learning goal-setting and responsibility.
